Seasonal Goals

Each spring we work with our seasonal trades to set out the seasonal work plan. In doing this we try to get as much of this work done as quickly as possible. As a general guideline we have outlined our seasonal goal dates below which are based on possessions. For efficiency, Brookfield Homes will complete entire blocks of homes rather than in individual homes. To see a more specific outline of your home see the “View Your Schedule” page on this site.

Possession Day Falls Between
September 16th and June 30th
July 1st and September 15th
Target Completion Date
July 15th
September 30th

What Impacts Our Seasonal Timelines

In the event there is a weather delay it typically takes 3-4 days of warm dry weather before the ground is dry enough for machinery to proceed. Depending on the nature of the weather it may delay the process up to 2 weeks. In the event of a weather delay please continue to view your schedule for updates.
